The Right Place For Mom

Is a residential care facility for retired ladies in a small friendly town nestled between two beautiful parks in a quiet neighborhood. We provide security, comfort and activities that enhance our ladies physical and emotional well-being all available in our unique home setting. We offer private and semi-private rooms.

An applicant must be:
  • Female;
  • Able to ambulate either alone or with the aid of a cane or walker;
  • Be able to adjust to the give and take of group living;
  • Be able to go to a common dining area for all meals, and
  • May require minimal supervision and/or assistance in the activities of daily living.
All applications are considered individually. The evaluation of each applicant shall cover; a) physical, mental and emotional health; b) social needs; c) family relationship; d) interests and hobbies, and e) ability to adjust to group living.
Submission of application does not obligate either the applicant or Titus Manor. No fee is charged for making an application. Applications for admission are processed without regard to race, religion or national origin.
